Yes, try-ons welcomed in Keilor park, Melbourne. We encourage everyone to try on as we do not offer refunds. Try-ons are by appointment only. To book an appointment please find the 'try on' button and follow the instructions. .k.
Some items may require a bond and this will be discussed via private DM or in-store when enquiring about an outfit as prices vary. Bonds are refundable when the return policy criteria is met.
To check availability please head to our Instagram @1nightrent. We will be happy to answer via direct message. Please include your choice of garment, size and event date.
We require a booking fee to hold an outfit for your desired event date. This fee is deducted from the balance owing on pick up or postage. Deposits are non-refundable and no garment is guaranteed to be available without this payment.
Yes, we offer $24 return express postage Australia wide. This price includes a bag delivered to you and inside with the outfit is a prepaid express post satchel for you to return.
All prices include professional dry cleaning. Please do not attempt to clean any of our garments as this may result in damage and loss of bond.
If you damage an outfit whether it be a stain, rip, hole, etc please contact us immediately. Your bond will be used to hopefully fix the issue but if it is not repairable, unfortunately you will be charged the full RRP to replace the dress.
No, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. We encourage try on appointments to avoid sizing issues.
You will receive a stamp each time you rent an outfit from @1nightrent. This will give you the opportunity to receive special discounts. If an item is store credited you will not receive that specific stamp.
